CE認證SAR檢測概述：

      SAR是指電磁波吸收比值或比吸收率，在CE認證中標準采用；

           限量標準：

                 EN 50360-2001 Product standard todemonstrate the compliance of mobile phones with the basic

                determine the specific absorption rete（SAR）for hand-held devices used in close proximity to
                the ear （frquency range of 300 MHz to 3GHz）

                EN 62209-2-2010 Human exposure to radiofiequency fields from hand-held body-mounted wireless
                communication devices - Human  models,instrumentarion,and procedures -Part2:Procedure to
                determine the specific absorption rete（SAR）for wireless communication devices used in close
                proximity to the huma body （frquency range of 30 MHz to 6GHz）

                 EN 62479-2010 Assessment of the compliance of low power electronic and electrical apparatus 
                 with the basic restrictions related human exposure to electromagneetic （10 MHz - 300GHz）



               其中，技術(shù)標準EN 62209-2-2010作為產(chǎn)品標準EN 50566-2013的技術(shù)規(guī)范性文件，定義為body
              SAR檢測距離，由產(chǎn)品制造商按照定義其產(chǎn)品預(yù)期使用的典型距離。如手機類，body SAR可定義
              并采用10mm/ 15mm作為評估距離。

        標準重大變更：
           
                2014年，法國對標準EN 50566-2013提出異議，指出應(yīng)考慮便攜和移動式產(chǎn)品的具體使用條件，
                并應(yīng)提出body SAR的評估距離。歐盟經(jīng)過評估后認為該提議合理，需對EN50566進行修訂補充，
                內(nèi)容如下：
                
                警示：基于安全性目標，結(jié)合指令1999/5/EC的Article 3（1）（a）條款以及附件l至指令2006/95/EC，
                規(guī)定在使用此測試標準時應(yīng)符合相關(guān)間隔距離的規(guī)定，并能反映出設(shè)備實際日常使用時的真實情況，
                確保公眾在使用|（30MHz - 6GHz）手持式和身體佩戴式無線通信設(shè)備時的安全性。
                舉例說明：對于肢體SAR評估（限值為4W/kg），測量間隔距離為0（設(shè)備直接接觸模型）；對于身體
                body SAR （限值為2W/kg），測量間隔距離可以是幾mm。

                 據(jù)悉，歐盟將很有可能在經(jīng)期，既2016年中，推行：肢體SAR測量（限值為4W/kg），測量間隔距離為0；body
                 SAR （限值為2W/kg），測量間隔距離為5mm。因此對于近期計劃開展歐盟SAR檢測的項目各位負責(zé)人
